"Bob Sir Ree, I hope they have kids meals at this McDonalds!" Luke, on the way to the drive thru on vacation. (He meant to say, "yes sirrey Bob.."

"Dad, I love God, buy I don't want to read the Bible." Luke telling his dad that he would not like to read the story Bible for the bed time story."

Animals that sleep during the day and stay awake at night are called nocturnal, humans like us are turnal.  Ben, explaining animal life to his grandmother.

Today Luke sat down to eat his lunch and sang to me, "I can be myself when I'm with you" from the Heffalump movie. It melted my heart. Ok, that's not funny but I couldn't NOT put that one on my blog!

Upon Luke asking why the tv show keeps going out, Ben replied, "See that Satellite dish out there? Well, you see, the clouds are like a shield blocking the innocent rays from getting to the satellite dish. Then you see this cord it goes all the waaaaaaayyyy (following cord with his finger) to the tv and that's how we watch tv."

Sometimes, I lose my temperature.  Ben describing why he got in trouble with his Papa.

Mom: Ben and Luke, can you come upstairs please?
Ben: I know it, you're tricking us into having resting time!

Following an explanation I gave Ben about why the tv doesn't work when the weather is really bad...
Ben: Maybe God can move all the clouds, then the satellite will work and then the tv will work.
Luke: Ben, I know God is special, but that's not gonna work.
Ben: yes it can, Luke!

"Look at this dance mom, I saw in on a movie on Playhouse Disney called Bible goes west!" That was my little Ben and the name of the movie is actually Fival Goes West.
